HST-X04 ™ The Time of Flight (TOFD) manual scanner can provide effective and low-cost welding inspection solutions. This is a manual single axis scanner used for inspecting plates, pipes, and surfaces, such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, and structural components. HST-X04 can inspect both flat surfaces and pipes with an outer diameter as small as 50mm (2in).

▪ Waterproof, spring-loaded encoder with a rubber wheel to achieve maximum grip on the inspection surface.

▪ The resolution of the encoder is 12 steps/mm, which can be parallel to the weld or form a 90 º angle.

▪ Suitable for all probes and wedges, including CentraScan ™ Composite product series (wedge must have a width of 31.75mm).

▪ The center to distance (PCS) of the probe can be adjusted from 17mm to 180mm.

▪ Wedges and clamps can be quickly disassembled without the need for tools.

▪ Compared to OmniScan TomoScan FOCUS LT ™ (with an optional adapter) compatible with other instruments using appropriate encoder cables (not included in the supply).
